Because we work with international suppliers and produce items on demand, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Items not fitting expectations

Delays caused by shipping or customs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a resolution, you must provide:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Photos of the packaging if applicable
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement item at no additional cost

A partial or full refund

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 45 days of the shipping date, please contact us. We will work with our supplier to investigate and may offer a replacement or refund if the order is confirmed lost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Chargebacks and Disputes
Before filing a chargeback or dispute, please contact us. We are happy to help resolve any issues directly.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are sent to our suppliers and cannot be canceled.
Return Shipping
We do not require customers to return items due to international shipping costs. If a return is approved, we will provide further instructions.
